This is a starter privacy notice for the HRkitaab website. It describes, in plain terms, the information we collect and how we use it. It is not legal advice, and it will be expanded as HRkitaab moves toward general availability.

Information you give us

When you submit the “Request a Demo” form, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, phone number, company, job title, and any optional information you choose to add (company size, hiring volume, a short message). We use this only to contact you about your request and to prepare for a demonstration.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider processes standard technical information needed to serve the site, such as your IP address and browser user-agent. We retain a coarse network prefix and the user-agent alongside a demo request to help us detect abuse of the form.

How we use information

• To respond to your demo or contact request.
• To arrange and follow up on a product demonstration.
• To protect the website and form from spam and abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We use service providers (for example, our cloud hosting and database provider) to operate the website; they process information on our behalf under their own terms.

Retention

We keep demo-request information for as long as needed to follow up and for our legitimate business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Product data

Information held inside the HRkitaab application on behalf of a customer organisation is governed by that organisation’s agreement with us, not by this website notice.
